At Cove Point, our goal is to make your transition into retirement or a new living arrangement a sweet experience. Our professionals will eliminate your concerns about things like privacy, medical care, quality food, and living accommodations. With safe, well lit, and snow-free walks you can get out and move around. For the second floor apartments, we have an elevator.
Empowering You
Your care starts with a Nurse that assesses your needs and then works with you and loved ones to develop a personalized care plan. Our Nurse then works with the care team by developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs, care processes and outcomes to ensure you are always given the care you deserve. (hate this but the idea is solid) more work on this section.
